Becker Chicaiza, owner of Becker Salon, started cutting hair at age 15 when he met a homeless person called Victor; he took Victor to his home, fed him, gave him a bath, a change of clothes and a hair cut.

When his family and friends saw what he did, they all knew he had magic in his hands: the haircut was awesome!

Everyone in his home town started to ask him for a hair cut and many women asked him for hair color also; That’s when he knew he had discovered his talent.

After working in his home country as a hairdresser, he decided to move to the United states and join his father in Greenwich, CT where he worked for several hair salons but all along he had a dream; his dream was to open his own hair salon, Becker Salon.

Throughout the years, Becker has developed an incredible reputation in Greenwich, CT and beyond…..He has clients coming to Greenwich from all over the world!

Becker and his co-workers took many hair styling and hair coloring classes in New York, Paris and London.
